The number one complaint I hear from clients that come to me with bad past experiences from real estate professionals is that they felt like they were out of the loop – that they did not receive communication and feedback. Part of reducing stress is letting you know what is going on throughout the process – and that is just what I do, seeking feedback from everyone who comes through your home or insights from the real estate professional of a home you are interested in. My Commitment To You

Customer service is easy to claim, it is a nebulous term that is hard to define. But at the end of the day, the real measure of service is that you are not only satisfied, but also thrilled with your experience. To achieve that end, I make some promises up front. Through listening I will understand and internalize what is important to you, including the customer service and communication you need to make you feel at ease throughout the process. If I don’t live up to my word, and the agreement we have in writing, you can and should cancel your listing or buyer’s agreement. This has not ever happened nor would I foresee it happening as there is nothing more important to me than keeping my word.
