Buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest and most important decisions.  And unfortunately, it can also be one of life's most stressful undertakings.  My commitment to you is that I will work with you from beginning to end, keeping the lines of communication open while I take the stress from you so that you can still live your life AND buy or sell a house.  I will handle all the complex details that come with buying or selling and help you reach your goal of getting fair market value or finding your perfect home.

The number one complaint I hear from clients that come to me with bad past experiences from realtors is that they felt like they were out of the loop – that they did not receive communication and feedback.  Part of reducing stress is letting you know what is going on throughout the process – and that is just what I do, seeking feedback from everyone who comes through your home or insights from the realtor of a home you are interested in.

As a married woman and mother of two small children, I've been where you may be today – looking for that special home that fits both your family's needs of today and into the future.

MY COMMITMENT TO YOU

Customer service is easy to claim, it is a nebulous term that is hard to define.  But at the end of the day, the real measure of service is that you are not only satisfied, but also thrilled with your experience.  To achieve that end, I make some promises up front.

Through listening I will understand and internalize what is important to you, including the customer service and communication you need to make you feel at ease throughout the process. If I don't live up to my word, and the agreement we have in writing, you can and should cancel your listing or buyer's agreement. This has not ever happened nor would I foresee it happening as there is nothing more important to me than keeping my word.

About Kim Duong-Vu

Kim studied tourism management and later real estate at the University of British Columbia.

Kim was practicing real estate in Vancouver before she met her husband and moved to Ottawa in 2008.  With the marriage and the move came a baby girl and eventually a boy and Kim stayed at home until they both reached school age.  In 2015, she continued her passion as a full-time Realtor® in Ottawa.

Passionate about helping first time home buyers, investors, retirees and families buy and sell a home as well as helping her community.  Kim is an energetic and caring professional, aimed at providing the unwavering support her clients need to sell or buy a home.
